Sardinia by Ferry from Barcelona

The Italian island Sardinia is next-door-neighbour to the French island, Corsica. Sardinia is four times the size of Corsica, and when visiting you can look forward to lush nature, wild mountain areas and some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean region.
If you have the time – there is no better way to arrive to Sardina than on a ferry across the Mediterranean Sea. The white beaches and the crystal clear turquoise waters surrounding Sardinia is an inspiring welcome that turns on you holiday mood from the very first second.

You can get to Sardinia by ferry from mainland Italy or from Barcelona in Spain, or even from Bonifacio in Corsica to Santa Teresa di Galura in Sardinia.

Arriving from Barcelona to Porto Torres by ferry – on the North-west side of Sardinia, takes a little more than 12 hours. The ferry leaves Barcelona in the evening and arrives in Sardinia between 10 and 11 the next morning.

Find your price from Barcelona to Porto Torres:

Now that you know a little more about how to get there, you can concentrate on what to do – and where to stay, when you get there.

You will have easy access to holiday rentals in Stintino, if you arrive at the port in Porto Torres with Grimaldi Lines, and you can find Sardinia luxury villas on the North-east side of the island in Baia Sardinia and San Teodoro.

You might also want to check out Sardinia Pool houses or Sardinia holiday homes with sea view - starting as low as
from EUR 133 for 1 week!

We wish you smooth sailing from Ferriesspain!
